Profile
The SICH profiles of own design assure the watertightness of the room, facilitate the cleaning and avoid the accumulation of dust. The vertical panels (metallic and/or resin) are joined with the own fixing perles, either half round, external or internal corner, with the ceiling and the pavement. The tops are directly joined with silicones without the need for screws, making them easy to assemble and/or dismantle.
One of the main characteristics of the perles is its robustness, manufactured in anodized and lacquered aluminum, this material provides greater longevity compared to other types of materials.
This finish together with a correct sealing achieves continuous and homogeneous joints facilitating cleaning tasks, which are essential in clean rooms.
General Features
Aluminum profiles are basically divided into two groups:
Hidden fastening profiles
They are used as a guide for the assembly, union and fixing of both vertical and ceiling panels. Manufactured in galvanized or anodized aluminum:
- NConcealed extruded aluminium profile designed for the passage of small installations + sealing with silicone fungicide
- NTongue and groove joints
- NSpecial U-profile in galvanized and/or lacquered steel
Phenolic resin finish
Designed to ensure the watertightness of the panels with the same perles of the panels.
